"+James Fraser I agree with that. I never thought a big percentage of Democrats wanted to repeal the law. The problem is, the way the law is structured its hard to amend it. Delaying or undoing some things may seem like a good idea, but other parts of the law depend on those things so rates stay low or for insurance companies to not go bankrupt. Amending the law in a meaningful way starts to unravel everything, which is a big reason why the Democratic leadership right now isn't offering anything substantial in terms of relief."
